Best wishes in school - I know that can be rough.<BR/><BR/>I've been gradually losing weight for the last year (30 lbs so far), and my advice would be not to follow anyone's diet. If you just cut back a little on what you eat and follow a low-fat, sugar-free menu - that plus your exercise will drop the weight. Diets don't work because once you lose the weight and quit the diet, the weight creeps back on.
